Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Complete Living Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving services, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Complete Living Solutions provides home and lifestyle support services, including:

  • Mobile Laundry Pickup & Delivery

  • In-Home Laundry, Folding & Organization

  • Decluttering & Home Reset Services

  • Routine & Deep Cleaning

  • Personal Shopping & Errands

Services are limited to the tasks outlined in the confirmed booking. Additional services must be requested in advance and may require additional time and fees.

 

We do not provide:

  • Biohazard or trauma cleanup

  • Mold remediation

  • Pest removal or infestation treatment

  • Hoarding-level cleanouts without prior consultation

  • Exterior window washing above first level

  • Heavy lifting exceeding 35 pounds

  • Hazardous material handling

  • We reserve the right to decline tasks outside the defined scope of service.

 

2. Booking & Payment

A valid payment method is required to secure services.

First-time clients may be required to submit a 50% deposit.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless enrolled in a recurring plan.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to service incur no fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

  • Mobile laundry cancellations after dispatch may incur a trip fee.

Recurring clients with repeated late cancellations may be removed from priority scheduling.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the property

  • Secure pets prior to service

  • Remove sensitive documents and valuables

  • Ensure utilities are operational (water, electricity)

  • Disclose pre-existing damage or fragile items

Complete Living Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Unstable or improperly installed fixtures

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not secured by the client

 

5. Time-Based Service Model

  • Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the property

  • Secure pets prior to service

  • Remove sensitive documents and valuables

  • Ensure utilities are operational (water, electricity)

  • Disclose pre-existing damage or fragile items

Complete Living Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Unstable or improperly installed fixtures

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not secured by the client

 

6. Mobile Laundry Terms

  • Laundry must be machine washable unless disclosed otherwise.

  • Clients are responsible for identifying delicate or specialty items.

  • We are not liable for shrinkage, color bleeding, manufacturer defects, or normal wear and tear.

  • A minimum weight requirement may apply.

  • Unclaimed laundry beyond 7 days may incur storage fees.

 

7. Decluttering & Organization Terms

  • Final decisions regarding disposal, donation, or storage remain the client’s responsibility.

  • We will not discard items without client consent.

  • Donation drop-off services are provided as a courtesy.

 

8. Personal Shopping & Errands

  • Clients are responsible for providing clear lists and budget guidelines.

  • Mileage fees may apply beyond the designated service radius.

  • Purchases must be reimbursed promptly if advanced by the Company.

 

9. Condition of Home

If excessive buildup or unsafe conditions are present, we may:

  • Require a service upgrade

  • Reschedule service

  • Decline service

  • Health and safety concerns override scheduled service commitments.

 

10. Breakage & Damage

While care is taken in all services:

  • Pre-existing damage must be disclosed

  • Loose or unstable items are handled at client's risk

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours in writing

Failure to report within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of services.

 

11. Satisfaction Commitment

If dissatisfied, Client must notify Complete Living Solutions within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

This does not guarantee refunds but may include corrective service at management discretion.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Complete Living Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

 

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct

  • Non-payment

  • Repeated policy violations

 

14. Photography & Marketing Consent

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct

  • Non-payment

  • Repeated policy violations

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. 

 

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from Complete Living Solutions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
